Social Media Manager

Wild is looking for a Social Media Manager. This is a junior to mid-level role for someone creative, ambitious and strategic who loves social media, setting strategy and getting stuck into content creation. You will own Wild's social presence across channels, bringing structure and momentum to how the company shows up online, with responsibility for organic social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn, plus indirect management of a four-person social media team.

• Own the organic social media strategy for Wild's Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts,Lead weekly social meetings and set direction & strategy for international Social Media teams (US, DE, FR),
• Create and manage the social content calendar, balancing key social pillars,
• Track, analyse and report on the performance of social channels, focusing on engagement, growth and reach,
• Use performance insights to refine and pivot strategy to maximise performance,
• Champion Wild's tone of voice, values, and sustainability mission across all content,
• Work cross-functionally with all teams at Wild to achieve the mission,
• Indirectly manage the social media team (four people), setting strategy and aligning on weekly priorities

• 2-4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing / Content Creation,
• Sound understanding of internet culture, trends and brand storytelling,
• Experience with line management,
• Willingness to take risks and test bold ideas,
• Enthusiastic and optimistic approach, bringing drive every day,FMCG or startup experience is a plus
