Commercial Executive

The King's Trust is looking for a Commercial Executive – Change a Girl's Life. You will play a pivotal role in one of The King's Trust's flagship campaigns, driving the income that empowers young women to build confidence, gain vital skills, and create brighter, more independent futures. At the heart of the Corporate Partnerships team, you'll turn ambition into action—shaping and delivering high-impact fundraising initiatives that make a tangible difference, working collaboratively across fundraising, marketing and philanthropy to ensure partnerships are transformative and deliver measurable outcomes for young people.

• Manage campaign delivery end-to-end for the Change a Girl's Life campaign
• Nurture relationships with corporate partners and identify new opportunities
• Drive the success and growth of high-impact fundraising initiatives
• Work collaboratively across fundraising, marketing and philanthropy teams
• Manage a busy, varied workload with competing deadlines
• Support proposals, presentations and campaign materials
• Manage data and prospect lists using CRM systems

• Experience using CRM systems and managing data such as prospect lists
• Exposure to business development, partnerships or marketing, ideally in a charity or purpose-led environment
• Confidence supporting proposals, presentations or campaign materials
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised and confident managing competing deadlines
• Strong communicator who enjoys selling and working with a wide range of stakeholders
• Proactive and detail-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality work
