Manager of Programs Thailand

Sinergia Animal is looking for a Manager of Programs to join their Thailand team. In this role, you will lead or help supervise a talented team and oversee programs that make a real impact. You'll take care of strategic alignment, track key goals and metrics, ensure projects are carried out in line with their defined deadlines and scope, and work closely with the local Managing Director to keep everything running smoothly.

• Oversee daily operations, set clear strategies, deadlines, and expectations, and ensure team members have the resources and support they need to succeed
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Participate in hiring new program staff, ensure a smooth recruitment process, and provide comprehensive induction and orientation
• Develop and implement professional development initiatives: offer training, coaching, and mentorship to enhance team skills
• Work closely with the Managing Director to align local strategies with organizational goals
• Provide strategic direction to ensure effective execution of program activities
• Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data, and proactively adjust strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Track program objectives and provide regular updates, impact reports, and strategic insights to leadership
• Manage program budgets, ensure responsible financial planning, and review and approve requisitions and expenses
• Uphold and enforce organizational policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and legal requirements

• Highly committed, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with strong accountability and initiative
• Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision, with excellent time management and decision-making skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities, work effectively under tight deadlines, and remain solution-focused
• Analytical thinker with proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing solutions
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, track progress efficiently, and maintain high organization
• Experience or desire to learn how to lead and inspire teams, foster collaboration, and ensure high performance
• Fluency in Thai and advanced to fluent English
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences
• Strong ability to build relationships, work collaboratively with different stakeholders, and navigate cross-cultural environments
• Prior experience working in an international or multicultural setting
• Solid experience in planning, executing, and overseeing projects from inception to completion
• Passion for social change, advocacy, and the organization's mission
• Previous experience in campaigning and professional communications strategies is highly desirable
