About this role

Neighbourhood is looking for a Digital Campaign Lead. A fast-growing digital agency working with exciting Christian organisations in the UK, Neighbourhood is seeking an experienced marketer to craft compelling campaigns, messaging and content that grows audiences and prompts action. You'll work across social media, email marketing, digital content and other spaces, delivering highly effective activity in collaboration with strategists and creatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing channels, activity and campaigns for clients
  • Plan and execute schedules and content for clients
  • Ideate and brief content with clear direction for design and video
  • Write engaging social media captions and email marketing copy
  • Own campaign execution, ensuring everything happens as planned
  • Hold key relationships with clients, ensuring they have what they need
  • Recommend new approaches to hit client objectives
  • Collaborate closely with your team to deliver outstanding work
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes and best practices
  • Play an active role in team life, sharing ideas and encouragement with colleagues
  • Where required, attend client events across weekends and evenings (Time in Lieu will be provided)

Requirements

  • 3+ years of working in digital marketing
  • Broad knowledge across multiple channels
  • Proven experience of planning and executing digital campaigns
  • Comprehensive understanding of creating and briefing highly effective content
  • Understanding key metrics and creating insightful reports for clients
  • Knowledge of key tracking platforms e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console
  • Knowledge of key marketing platforms e.g. MailChimp, Zapier, Scheduling Tools
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and skills
  • Ability to take initiative and solve problems
  • Ability to prioritise and cope with heavy workload
  • Proactive, organised, collaborative, high capacity, leadership qualities
  • Experience working with Christian organisations and/or deep understanding of what motivates people with faith
  • Desirable: Degree or equivalent qualification in relevant subject, experience using online graphic design and video creation tools including Canva, Kapwing etc.
