About this role

MS Society is looking for a Senior Individual Giving Officer. An experienced fundraiser ready to take the next step in their direct marketing career, you'll play a key role in planning and delivering multi-channel fundraising campaigns, supporter engagement projects, and managing income targets and expenditure budgets.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the organisation's development programme and make a real difference to people living with MS.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver multi-channel fundraising campaigns to time,
  • Manage supporter engagement projects,
  • Manage income targets and expenditure budgets,
  • Analyse campaign results and test new ideas to improve future campaigns,
  • Take ownership of individual giving programme work,
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers,Build relationships with supporters and deliver high-quality campaigns,
  • Shape the future of the development programme

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in an individual giving role,
  • Strong track record of managing successful direct marketing campaigns from start to finish,
  • Organised with a strong eye for detail,
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills,
  • Creative and enthusiastic approach to fundraising,
  • Ability to analyse results and test new ideas,
  • Right to work in the UK,
  • Preferred: lived experience of MS or disability
