Little Lifts is looking for a Senior Brand, Marketing and Community Executive.
This is a diverse, hands-on role that combines marketing, communications, content creation and community engagement to maintain and grow the charity's brand profile. You'll create compelling content across multiple channels, manage social media presence, support the website, and contribute to fundraising and awareness-raising campaigns while working with a purpose-led organisation that supports people affected by breast cancer.
• Work with the Founder and CEO to execute the Brand and Marketing Strategy • Provide day-to-day management of social media channels, including creation, scheduling, posting and moderation • Design and create marketing materials including graphics, video, digital and printed materials • Manage and create social media content using insights tools (Sprout) to drive engagement • Design, test, deliver and evaluate email marketing campaigns • Copywriting for web, newsletters, social media, case studies and printed materials • Day-to-day website management, including content updates and maintenance • Support and provide photography and video content at internal and external events • Manage Community Fundraisers, ensuring effective stewardship and celebration • Lead on case studies and celebrate community success • Maintain CRM (E-Tapestry) database integrity • Support creative design using Canva • Work some evenings and weekends as required (TOIL offered)
• GCSE Maths and English Language grade C or above • Professional or volunteer experience in a marketing or social media role • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team • Creativity to develop engaging campaigns including video editing • Understanding of design platforms such as Canva • Excellent communication and copywriting skills • Understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels and social media platforms • Experience with digital marketing channels including websites, email marketing and social media • Confident project management and organisational skills • Experience using platforms such as Sprout and CRM systems • Experience designing, coordinating and producing campaign materials • Great communicator with can-do attitude and flexibility • Positive approach and willingness to work occasional unsociable hours • Passion and commitment to support people affected by breast cancer • Ability to travel across Norfolk and further afield • Clean driving license • Desirable: Marketing or digital communications qualification; degree level education; familiarity with non-profit sector; knowledge of Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, CRM databases; photography and editing experience; charity sector experience; knowledge of fundraising regulations and GDPR
