About this role

Impact Hub is looking for an EU Fundraising Specialist. This is an exciting new role covering all facets of EU fundraising work, ranging from proposal writing and donor liaison, to backend administration and communication work, to all other aspects that can support and grow the Impact Hub network's portfolio of EU successful programmes. The EU Fundraising Specialist will support IHC's overall efforts towards EU institutional funds, help increase the efficiency and effectiveness of EU proposal submissions, and engage in EU Cluster activities.

Responsibilities

  • Support the drafting and submission of EU funding proposals, overseeing administrative components and due technicalities,
  • Support the Development Team in drafting proposals and liaising with internal and external stakeholders and partners,
  • Assess proposals compliance with IH strategy and reporting requirements,Lead the submission process of proposals involving Impact Hub Network,
  • Align with the EU Cluster Coordinator and team on EU fundraising priorities,
  • Prepare and update the pool of ready-to-use resources for proposal writing,
  • Support the EU Programmes Lead in timesheets management for all team members involved in EU programmes,
  • Upgrade documentation related to EU Fundraising to a user-friendly interface,
  • Contribute to the update of the proposal tracker and other relevant working boards,
  • Prepare Handover budgets for Zoho projects integration and act as account manager for specific EU approved proposals

Requirements

  • Experience with EU institutional funding and proposal writing,
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills,
  • Experience managing EU-funded projects and programmes,
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and partners,
  • Proficiency with project management tools and systems,
  • Excellent communication and liaison skills,
  • Knowledge of EU funding landscape and social innovation sector,
  • Flexibility to work across global time zones (GMT -4 to GMT +4 preferred),
  • VAT registration required if based in Europe
