Impact Producer

First Domino is looking for an Impact Producer. You'll build recruitment film campaigns that reach talented people outside traditional networks and show them what high-impact careers look like. Working with effective altruism organizations and professional film crews, you'll manage campaigns from brief to measurement, owning the numbers and evidence of impact.

• Set campaign goals with partner organizations: agree on audience, action, and qualified applicant criteria
• Write creative briefs translating organizational needs into film messages and formats
• Plan distribution strategy, including short cutdowns, vertical versions, and social hooks
• Manage relationships with professional film crews, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Oversee film placement across partner application pages, emails, and social channels
• Design and implement measurement systems using tracked links and application surveys
• Publish results and learnings from each campaign
• Identify and onboard new partner organizations after the first two campaigns
• Test and iterate on business models for film commissioning and funder partnerships
• Shape project direction and formats, including exploration of AI-assisted production

• Proven track record running video or digital campaigns with measurable results (reach and audience actions)
• Experience shipping multiple projects with outside crews or partners on time and on budget
• Understanding of what motivates specific audiences to take action
• Real knowledge of the effective altruism ecosystem, its organizations, hiring challenges, and target audiences
• Strong client management skills: discovering needs, agreeing briefs, maintaining alignment
• Commitment to measuring impact and taking results seriously
• Plus: social media or growth marketing experience, recruiting or hiring background, analytics comfort, filmmaker network, experience with rights/releases/contracts, or AI video production tools
