About this role
EarthPercent is looking for an Artists4Earth Programme Coordinator. EarthPercent (registered charity number 1188391) is the music industry's climate and nature foundation.
This is a varied role involving project management, communications, and administration to support the planning and delivery of the Artists4Earth programme, a pilot artist engagement and development programme aiming to support artists who create music with and for the Earth, connect them to activists and organisations, and build a growing community of planet-passionate musicians.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the administration and delivery of the Artists4Earth programme, including relationship building, budgets, and internal team communications
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venues, invitations, travel, and supplier management
- Provide support to Artists4Earth community-organised activities and events
- Coordinate and provide admin support to the programme's pilot advisory group, including scheduling and keeping them updated
- Maintain organised records and documentation on Google Workspace
- Project manage the delivery of an unreleased music challenge, coordinating timelines, submissions, and the judging process
- Act as a key point of contact for partner organisations
- Ensure compliance with relevant competition rules and data protection requirements
- Support the development of a MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning) framework
- Track programme outputs and outcomes against agreed indicators
- Be present at programme activities to capture photos, notes, quotes, and documentation
- Help draft social media posts and donor communications
- Contribute to funding-related research and support funding bids
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in impact programmes or project management, ideally in the arts, environmental, or charity sector
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting external-facing content
- Confident building and maintaining relationships with a range of stakeholders, including partner organisations, artists, and funders
- Experience with budget tracking and administrative processes
- Comfortable working independently in a part-time, hybrid context
- Genuine interest in the intersection of arts, nature, and climate action
- Understanding of data protection principles and ideally competition rules relevant to prize administration
