Communications strategy update: advisory support consultancy

Conciliation Resources is seeking a communications consultant to refresh its strategy for 2026–2030. This is a nine-day assignment, planned for 9 November–2 December 2026, subject to recruitment timing. The work can be delivered remotely.

Review audience analysis and existing communications evidence, advise on channels and organisational capacity, and present practical recommendations to the team and senior management.

• Senior experience leading communications and developing NGO communications strategies.
• Understanding of international development; peacebuilding experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of gender equality and anti-racist communications.
• Fluent English.
• Propose a daily fee inclusive of VAT and local taxes.
