Head of Accessibility – Maternity Cover

Attitude is Everything is looking for a Head of Accessibility – Maternity Cover.

The successful candidate will be a key part of the Senior Management Team, providing maternity cover for work driving improvements to accessibility and inclusion across the music and live events industry. This is a fixed-term role for up to 13 months, based in London with some UK travel required.

• Oversee the Live Events Access Charter and Grassroots Community Accessibility Framework,
• Deliver work improving how feedback is collected and addressed from the network of disabled artists, audiences, professionals and volunteers,
• Drive the paid Charter membership scheme,
• Deliver earned income work including training, accessibility workshops and access consultancy,
• Provide input into artist, audience and skills development work and internal culture,
• Carry out Senior Management functions including line management, budget management and strategy development

• Experience in senior management roles,
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusion in the music and live events industry,
• Line management experience,

• Ability to deliver on-site training and consultancy,
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
