• Manage investigations by reviewing footage, documenting breaches, gathering evidence, and preparing compelling exposés to support campaign objectives.

• Build and maintain effective relationships with policymakers, decision-makers, and other key stakeholders to influence policy and practice.

• Write and speak with clarity, confidence, and authority on issues relating to shooting and snares, representing the organisation effectively across a range of audiences.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure campaign activity remains strategically aligned, connected, and influential.

• Contribute across the wider organisation by supporting broader campaigning initiatives and cross-functional projects where required.

• Challenge entrenched practices and established industries with resilience, determination, and a strong commitment to achieving lasting change.

• Strong attention to detail and a rigorous approach to managing investigations, reviewing evidence, and documenting breaches accurately and effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex issues with clarity, confidence, and authority.

• Ability to engage constructively and persuasively with policymakers, decision-makers, and other influential stakeholders.
