I’m a Fractional CMO, and solopreuneur running my own strategic marketing consultancy (Future Stories). I work with profit-for-good businesses, organisations and charities in the healthcare and sustainability sectors who have something to sell - it could be training, consultancy or some other B2B product. I also work directly with healthcare providers who provide a service to the public.
As a Fractional CMO, I support founders and leadership teams navigating rapid growth without the benefit of a senior, permanent marketing director. Often, there’s no marketing team in place – or a single, overstretched junior marketer trying to steer the ship without a clear plan.
Typically my clients are struggling with:

- Defining their brand or articulating their story
- Resolving bottlenecks and dealing with marketing overwhelm alongside day-to-day delivery and expansion
That’s where I come in.
In a Fractional CMO role, I integrate into your organisation 1–3 days per week for an interim period (typically 3 to 6 months). I lead the marketing function, resolve strategic and operational issues, and lay the groundwork for sustainable growth. All of this occurs on an outside IR35 basis, as I have other clients that I support as well.
