Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Senior Performance Marketing Executive to join our team and support us in scaling our German and French campaigns across all our paid channels.

Please note this is a junior/entry level role.

Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in driving efficient and effective digital campaigns in those markets, maximising new customer acquisitions, and contributing to overall marketing success. Your expertise in FR and DE markets will help us customise the customer journey and allow us to scale the markets further.

You’ll collaborate with in-house creative, influencer, and brand teams to spearhead our DE and FR strategy and ensure we’re executing best-in-class and market-relevant campaigns. You’ll also be working with external partners like creative agencies and ad platform managers and managing relationships with them. From planning and executing to reporting and optimising, you’ll be at the forefront of our digital marketing strategy.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, wear multiple hats at once, and continually evolve their strategies to meet the needs of our prospective audiences.

Responsibilities

Some of your responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Execute and optimise performance marketing campaigns for the FR and DE markets across all paid platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and other relevant channels. Manage campaigns to tighten efficiency guardrails, including monitoring and optimising Cost of Acquisition (CAC) and other relevant KPIs.
  • Strategy: Own the creative and media buying strategy for the FR and DE markets, from research, and brainstorming to execution. Stay on top of the seasonal calendar and trends for those markets to make sure we deliver top-quality campaigns and capitalise on every opportunity.
  • Testing: Bring new and radical ideas to the table for testing and come up with a plan to implement and validate their impact.
  • Attention to detail & organisation: Demonstrate detailed orientation and commercial acumen in campaign optimisation and project management.
  • Team collaboration: Build relationships with product, influencer, brand, and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing objectives and are market-relevant.
  • Data and insights: Conduct data analysis and use the insights to make data-backed decisions.
  • Reporting: Report on campaign performance and test results on a weekly basis. Recognise key stakeholders and share insights with relevant teams. Contribute to end-of-month reports.

Role Requirements

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Relative experience in performance marketing
  • German and/or French languages – Fluency in either German or French, with at least intermediate proficiency in the other. Knowledge of Dutch or Italian is considered a plus.
  • Ambitious: Regularly looking for opportunities to find new areas of growth or efficiency within the business. Inquisitive and interested in learning more about the business both inside and outside of their department.
  • Market Knowledge: Genuine passion and interest in performance marketing with a willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms and technologies.
  • Data: An ambitious, curious, and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data. Proficiency in Microsoft for data analysis and reporting purposes. Experience using Excel/ Google Sheets.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Time management & Organisation: Strong attention to detail. Capable of managing both predefined tasks, and ad hoc responsibilities that may arise.
