Make your high-impact career pivot!
The CEA Career Bootcamp is a free, 4-day online program for experienced professionals who want to redirect their skills toward work on pressing global problems — AI safety, pandemic preparedness, global development, animal welfare, and more.
Over 4 days (5-8 hours/day), participants work through structured exercises to map out their career options, identify where their skills are most needed, and build a concrete plan for their next steps.
You’ll get feedback from advisors and work alongside other experienced professionals making a similar transition.
The program is cohort-based with a mix of structured sessions, peer collaboration, and individual work. 150+ professionals have completed it, with an average rating of 8.9/10.
Graduates have gone on to roles at organisations like SecureBio, GovAI, Giving What We Can, and CEA.
No prior EA knowledge required — participants newer to EA often benefit most.
