Job Description

We’re looking for a Creative Lead to join our in-house creative team. We’re looking for someone who has cut their teeth with some brilliantly creative brands or agencies, with a strong background in idea generation, art direction and design.

As Creative Lead at Wild, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and creative direction of our brand. You’ll work closely with the wider brand and marketing team, performance team & product team. An attitude to push yourself to succeed in a multi faceted role within an often fast paced and highly creative environment is a must.

Responsibilities

Reporting into the Head of Creative, your main focuses will be:

  • Creative ideation – you’ll translate briefs into effective creative ideas, inspiring the team with innovative ideas for paid social, CRM, campaign aesthetics and brand awareness projects which deliver a bold and impactful message
  • Innovative and on brand design work across a plethora of platforms; paid/organic social, CRM, OOH, offline retail media
  • Manage, lead and inspire the design team across digital and print collateral
  • Art direction across brand, design and photography to ensure our content lives up to our bold and engaging aesthetic
  • Development of our retail and DTC packaging to ensure our customer experience is consistent with our bold aesthetic, whilst informative enough to communicate our products
  • Design for our physical products, analysing current trends and outputting them into product case designs
  • Creative strategy – alongside our Head of Creative you’ll bring a data lead approach to new product and new market growth

Role Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience within a creative team
  • A strong ability to translate briefs into effective, bold, creative ideas
  • Thorough experience with design for a range of channels and formats including packaging, CRM, paid/organic social, print media, OOH
  • Thorough experience within art direction
  • Experience in managing and mentoring, to develop the careers of our design team
  • A proactive, collaborative, can-do attitude with a strong and determined work ethic
  • Expertise within the Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, plus ideally Figma
  • Rock solid organisational skills to ensure the teams briefs are hit on time, within an often face paced and reactive environment
  • A guardian of the tiniest of details
