- Salary: £12 – £15 per hour + 10% uncapped commission

We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team part-time. This role is perfect for parents or returners who need flexibility but are looking for a fulfilling opportunity to help increase brand awareness for memberships and events. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to engage our community, drive awareness, and support growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Executive at Digital Women, you will be responsible for the following:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote memberships and events.
- Create and schedule engaging content across social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok etc).
- Monitor and analyse content performance, adjusting strategies to optimise results.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, including the creation of copy and visuals.
- Collaborate with the team on content planning and upcoming promotions.

Role Requirements
We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Experience in digital marketing (2+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing, and content creation tools (e.g., Canva).
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with membership or event-based marketing is a plus.
