Job Description
Considered Capital is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant & Social Media scheduler to help maintain the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.
You are a generalist interested in building up your skills in many different areas. You get excited about processes and systems and everything having a place of its own.

Responsibilities
Admin & Research Support:
- General admin and coordination support across different projects
- Assist with data entry and maintenance for the Live Funding Database
- Assist with the logistics of our Alternative Funding School cohorts and events
- Provide support for virtual and in-person events
- Attending meetings, taking detailed notes and ensuring detailed followups.
Content & Social Media:
- Write and edit transcripts for blog content
- Schedule 3-5 social posts a week with support from our Creative Director
- Share 3 Instagram/TikTok stories per week
- Upload event footage/Zoom recordings to YouTube
- Help track engagement across platforms
Internal Operations:

Help tidy up and improve how we run things behind the scenes
Role Requirements
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Airtable, Softr, Canva, Slack, ClickUp, WordPress, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Buffer (training can be provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
- Experience utilising AI tools to automate administrative and social media tasks
- Ability to create and implement AI-powered workflows for improved efficiency
